If you send an enquiry we collect the details you type in (such as your name, email, phone number, event details and message) so that we can reply. If you leave your email to hear about our shop, we keep it so we can tell you when it opens.

Why we use it

We use your details only to answer your enquiry, to arrange and run your event, and to tell you about the shop if you asked us to. Our legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in replying to you.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to deal with your request and for our records, and then delete them.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your details. They may be handled by the companies that host this website and our email.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent at any time, by emailing info@getbuzzed.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

We count visits to this website to see which pages are useful: the page, the date, the kind of device and browser, the country (worked out from your internet address, which is not stored) and the website that linked here. No cookies are used for this and you cannot be identified from it.
